- Precalentar el horno a 180°C/350°F por 15 minutos.
- En un recipiente poner 250 gr de mantequilla, meterlo al microondas por 30 segundos.


- Cuando la mantequilla esté derretida, agregaremos 4 de los 5 ajos picados finamente junto con el perfil. Mezclar perfectamente.



- Con la mezcla del paso anterior lo huntaremos en las tapas del pan blanco, por ambos lados. En un refractario de vidrio, acomodar las tapas que vayamos huntando de manera que cubra todo el refractario.



- Meterlo al horno durante 20 minutos a 180°C/350°F.

- Después del tiempo transcurrido sacar el refractario y agregar queso manchego o mozzarella, nuevamente meterlo al horno durante 10 minutos a 180°C/°F, hasta que el queso se derrita.

- Retirar del horno el recipiente y agregar la mezcla de la pasta.


- Cubrirla con queso manchego o mozzarella, meterlo al horno durante 5 minutos a 180 º C/350°F


- Apagar y retirar del horno, (opcional) agregar perejil encima, servir, y de gustar.
