- Pasar las papas por un colador chino, o con un tenedor hacerlas puré lo más fino posible
- Agregarle la mantequilla, la leche (caliente) y la crema al puré de papa y sazonar con un poco de sal y pimienta (solo una pizca)
- Calentar el horno a 200° C
- Disponer en un molde un poco de mantequilla, agregar la carne, cubrir con el puré y arriba poner el queso rallado
- Dejamos solo gratinar el queso y dorar la parte exterior del puré.
- Puede adornar con un par de hojas de albahaca finamente cortadas e infucionar con mantequilla
