  1. Poner sal a la carne y cortarla en pedazos, de ahí vamos a moler con un poco de agua media cabeza de ajo, la pimienta, el clavo y el orégano, en esa mezcla vamos a marinar la carne.
    Dejar reposar unos minutos
  2. Vamos a quitar las semillas a nuestros chiles y los pondremos en agua.
  3. Después de un rato, vamos a licuar con un poco de agua los chiles con el cuarto de cebolla, los jitomates, una pizca de orégano, pimienta y las rajitas de canela.
  4. En una cacerola agregamos la carne marinada y lo que licuamos anteriormente, pero antes tenemos que colar la mezcla, después verificamos si esta bien de sal, agregamos agua si es necesaria y ponemos al fuego
  5. Partir la papa en pedazos medianos e incorporar en la cacerola
  6. Dejar hervir y listo✅
